The perfect shoot

The perfect photoshoot is a collaboration between you and us. We have to work together to achieve the best possible photo presentation. Please be aware that you are selling your house and not your home.
The next occupant will bring his own furniture and will probably decorate in a complete different style.

To speed up our work and to take the most stunning pictures we’d like to ask you to help us with our work. There are a lot of things you can do beforehand to make sure you will get the pictures that you are hoping for.

Therefore we would like to ask you to read this page and use our checklist before we arrive on the scene.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you do have any questions.

Lighting

Make sure all lamps are branched and functioning properly and replace broken light-bulbs. Hide wiring when possible

Blinds & Doors

Open all blinds to let light into your house and make sure all doors are unlocked and remove keys from the locks

Burglary

Prevent your presentation encouraging burglary. Remove all valuable items you don’t want to appear in pictures.

Tidy up

Have your house spick & span. Please remove toys and items visible under beds, sofa or cupboards. Who shoot from belly height (1.35m)

Personal belongings

Remove keys, phones, laptops, newspapers, magazines, purses, medicine jars, portraits showing your loved ones

Tools

Remove your vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan, garden tools outdoors and many more items you will find on our checklist

What you can do

Of course there are things you could do to make our photos have more impact.

You could put some flowers in a vase on the table or you could arrange a nice seating area on your terrace.

You could think of something more yourself…
